Will QAPI360 help my agency meet the CMS Conditions of Participation?
Yes. Whether you’re accredited by JCAHO, ACHC, or CHAP, QAPI360 provides every element required for a complete QAPI program — organized, easy to understand, and easy to present at survey. Each indicator is mapped to a specific regulatory citation, and the Annual Program Evaluation auto-frames itself to the right standard for your agency type.
Is the AI safe to use for survey-binder documentation?
Yes — by design. Every AI prompt in QAPI360 explicitly forbids the AI from fabricating regulatory citations. If a CFR reference can’t be verified, the AI leaves a placeholder for your QAPI committee to fill in. Every AI output is fully editable. Your committee retains final authority. And the AI never touches PHI — only counts, rates, and aggregates.
How is QAPI360 different from my EHR’s reports?
Your EHR’s reports are just data. A true QAPI program requires analyzing that data, tracking what your committee does about it, implementing changes, and measuring outcomes — the full Plan-Do-Study-Act loop. QAPI360 is purpose-built to close that loop, with AI handling the documentation while your team owns the decisions.

How fast can we get up and running?
Most agencies are entering live data within a week of signing up. Onboarding includes a guided EMR import, indicator configuration handled by our team, team training, and a live walk-through. The free 7-day trial means you can validate the fit before committing.
Do you integrate with our EMR?
We have direct CSV import that works with every EMR we’ve encountered, with pre-built connectors and column-mapping for major hospice and home-health EMRs. New connectors are added regularly. Our team handles the configuration for you.
What if we have multiple agencies?
The Home dashboard supports multi-org users with an inline org-switcher at every pricing tier. Consultants and multi-site operators can flip between agencies in one click. Volume pricing is available — talk to our sales team.
Do you support agency types other than hospice?
Yes. QAPI360 supports Hospice, Home Health, Skilled Nursing Facilities (42 CFR §483.75), Ambulance and EMS (CAAS), and DME Providers — each with the right vocabulary, regulatory framework, and indicators. The AI Annual Program Evaluation auto-detects your agency type and frames the narrative accordingly.
Can I add custom indicators?
Yes. The Plus tier includes up to 2 custom indicators per year built by our team for your specific data and workflow. The Compliance+ tier includes unlimited custom indicator builds. Either tier means you don’t have to wait for a feature release to track something specific to your agency.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your data is yours. We provide a full data export on request — at any time, for any reason, no questions asked.
